This privacy policy explains how XiaoCheng ("小橙") ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use our mobile game Little Lane: Car Escape (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

a) Data stored locally on your device (not transmitted to us)

• Game progress and settings (level progress, unlocked chapters, audio preferences, hint usage).
• This data is stored only in the App's local storage on your device. We do not receive, collect, or transmit it to any server.

b) Advertising data (collected by our advertising partner Google AdMob)

• The App displays advertising provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC). When ads are shown, Google may collect and process identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads, including:
  • Advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, collected only after you grant permission through the App Tracking Transparency prompt, or the advertising ID on other platforms);
  • Device information (device model, OS version, IP address, coarse location where applicable);
  • Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, rewarded video views).
• Google's processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. You can control ad personalization at Google Ads Settings.

c) Consent and compliance data

• Where required (e.g., GDPR/EEA, UK, Brazil LGPD, US state privacy laws), we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to ask for your consent before requesting ads. Your consent choices are stored by Google's SDK on your device.

We do NOT collect: names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, contacts, photos, or any other directly identifying personal information. There is no account system, no login, and no social features.

2. How We Use Information

• To operate the App: save game progress and restore your settings on the same device;
• To display advertising and measure ad performance (including rewarded ads that let you continue playing);
• To comply with applicable laws and consent requirements.

3. Third-Party Services

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Advertising identifiers are shared with Google solely for the purpose of serving and measuring ads.

4. Tracking and Advertising

• On iOS, before any tracking across other apps and websites can take place, the App asks for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you deny permission, ads will still be shown, but they will not be personalized based on your activity across other apps and websites.
• We also support Apple's SKAdNetwork for privacy-preserving ad attribution, which does not use the IDFA.
• You can change your tracking permission at any time: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is designed for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your region). If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• All game data is stored locally on your device. You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's local data.
• Advertising data is retained by Google in accordance with Google's privacy policy and retention practices.

7. Your Choices and Rights

• Opt out of personalized ads: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or Google Ads Settings;
• Consent (GDPR/CCPA and similar laws): your consent choices are collected and respected through the consent mechanism (UMP) provided by our advertising partner. A privacy options form is available in the App where required by law;

8. Data Security

We rely on the security of your device and platform, as well as on Google's industry-standard security practices for the advertising services. We do not operate servers that store your personal data.

9. International Data Transfers

Google may process advertising data on servers located outside your country of residence. Such processing is subject to Google's privacy policy and applicable data-transfer safeguards.
